SSLC or X grade

I think first we should take up the case of the SSLC / X grade candidates who find it difficult to chose from the options available to join Pre University courses. Most of it depends on the marks they obtain in thier final exam and what they want to do later in life. Usually they are  15 / 16 years of age.  At this age do they have enough maturity to make this choice? At this age usually it is the parents who make many decisions regarding the career of their ward. Sometimes sensitive enough to understand the child's  interest, ability and capability. Sometimes insensitive to all this they make blind decisions, convincing others that the child is not matured enough to make such an important decision. There is no professional help available to help children make this decision. Parents' decision may or may not suit the child's interest, ability and capability. The child's decision may not be matured enough....
